Can’t come to us? Our curtains come to you.
As we’ve mentioned, visiting one of our boutiques is the simplest way to find your perfect custom curtain. But what if there’s not a Curtain Exchange boutique near you? Well, rest assured, we won’t force you to the massive online outlet, we’ll still do our best to help. Just follow these instructions:
- Visit our “Sizing” section to see how to accurately measure your windows.
- Fill out our form that you’ll find on this page.
- Once we receive the completed form, it is forwarded to one of our boutiques. (Please indicate if you have a boutique preference.)
- If you have additional information you think will help, e.g., swatches, paint colors, etc., feel free to forward the information by mail to any of our boutiques.
- Shortly, a specialist from The Curtain Exchange will contact you to discuss your needs.
- Based on that discussion, photographs of the curtains we recommend will be sent to you.
- Choose the curtains you’d like to try and call the boutique to arrange for the panel to be sent for a 48-hour test hanging. (Credit card required.)
- If the curtains are perfect for your space, the remaining curtains will be shipped UPS and you will quickly own the curtains you desired.
- If, however, the curtains aren’t perfect, simply return them and let’s try again. The only cost to you is shipping.
